“I am writing this e-mail to thank you and your staff for helping me so kindly this morning at your store.  I purchased a ukulele for my father’s 70th birthday along with a soft case.  Your staff were thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful and above all kind and un-pretentious.  I had previously visited another music store in Vancouver where I was treated very poorly and basically made fun of for not knowing enough about the ukulele to even purchase one as a gift.  So they lost my business and you gained it.  I will continue to purchase my instruments/lessons/books through your store as my experience was so positive this morning.  Thanks so much for doing a great job and I will be telling all of my friends about your awesome store as well.”
