- We need to know of ALL time requests (teachers and students) by November 21st. And obviously, sooner is better.
- The sooner we have names, the sooner we can nail down performance times. Ideally, we’d like all students registered (paid) by November 21st. If they register after that time, we can NOT guarantee they will be in the same mini recital as the rest of the teacher’s students.
The first mini-recital will begin at 9:30 as we take possession of the hall at 9:00. There will be a maximum of approximately 20 students per mini recital and they will likely be held 75 minutes (one hour 15 minutes) apart (ie: 9:30, 10:45, 12:00, 1:15, 2:45 and, if needed, 4:00).
